Domenico Cozzetto

Domenico completed his studies at Sapienza University of Rome, graduating in Computer Science (summa cum laude) and obtaining a PhD in Bioinformatics under the supervision of Anna Tramontano. He received a Marie Curie fellowship and BBSRC funding to work with David Jones at UCL on intrisic protein disorder and gene function prediction. He joined Imperial in 2021 after a stint at the NIHR Biomedical Research Centre at Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Trust and King’s College London.

 

Research interests: Usefulness of AI and representation learning methods for the analysis and interpretation of single-cell, spatial and multi-omic data.
